Founder President
Pramod is a dynamic entrepreneur and a highly experienced Management Consultant with over 35 years of experience as a businessman, senior executive in public & private companies and financial institutions. As a business strategist, his experience and expertise extends to corporate and nonprofit organization’s governance; corporate finance and private equity transactions; commercial due-diligence, risk management and strategic business relationships.
Besides being the Managing Consultant at BPG, he is currently a Senior Vice-President and Managing Consultant at Canadawide Financial Corporation Ltd. Prior to Canadawide Financial, he held senior roles at InvestCo Limited, RBC Royal Bank, Scotiabank, Plus Industries, and Acer Telecom. His broad industry experience spans financial services, telecommunications, retail & consumer products, healthcare, hospitality and high tech sectors. Pramod has a keen awareness that allows him to quickly pick up on leads, inaccuracies, or opportunities that may be hidden to others, and with this awareness he is able to apply a competitive business lens to his work, understand the internal challenges, opportunities and the broader competitive landscape. His insights to support a company’s growth, manage it's critical finance functions and observance of regulatory and compliance requirements have been invaluable.
Pramod has a joint MBA Degree in Finance & Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and Schulich School of Business at York University; a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Internal Audit & Management Control Systems from the University of Delhi. He is also designated with PFP and AMP titles, and is an Associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

D. P. Jain is Toronto based internationally qualified and accomplished accountant and finance professional having over 30 years of experience both in industry and public accounting. After doing CA and LL.B., Dharma run a successful public accounting practice for over 10 years In India before immigrating to Canada. He earned CPA from USA and CPA, CGA from Canada and has been running a successful public accounting and consulting practice in Toronto.
His areas of expertise include business consulting and advisory, business financing, private equity, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory, compliance and assurance, business restructuring, risk management and taxation. Dharma has held senior positions in India and Canada in automobile, telecom and retail sectors. He is also founder CEO, President and principal consultant in D. P. Jain Professional Corporation, a Public Accounting firm. He is also founder and president of ShikharMaya Holdings Ltd., a Toronto based management consulting and investment firm and also founder director of corporations engaged in hospitality, real estate investment and personal service businesses. His industry expertise ranges from manufacturing, wholesale, retail, automobile, telecom, healthcare, hospitality, franchisee, IT, engineering, real estate investment and personal service businesses.
